Q1. Why I fail to get my license code?
You will receive a license code through e-mail within 1 hour after purchasing VideoHunter register plan successfully. There are three reasons for why you failed to get a VideoHunter license code.

If you purchase a monthly plan, you can only use the license code on 1 computer. But if you buy a yearly or family plan, you can respectively use the license code on 2 computers and 5 computers.
