  • Q1. Is it safe to purchase on my own device?

    You don't need to worry about this. After registering VideoHunter with your email address, you can use VideoHunter for free without time limit, but you can only download three videos per day. If you want to upgrade to premium, you can purchase it in the online store, or click the shopping cart button in the software.

  • Q3. Can I cancel subscription after purchasing the one-year license?

    VideoHunter allows users to cancel subscription for the next year after users purchase the one-year plan. To cancel, please contact support@videohunter.net for help.

  • Q4. If the product doesn't meet my needs, can I get a refund?

    Please check our Refund Policy to make sure you are eligible for requiring a refund. For avoiding unnecessary issues, it would be appreciated for you to try the free version to make sure if you need the program before purchasing.

  • Q1. Why I fail to get my license code?

    You will receive a license code through e-mail within 1 hour after purchasing VideoHunter register plan successfully. There are three reasons for why you failed to get a VideoHunter license code.

    1. The payment is not done successfully. Please check whether the cost of the product has been deducted from your bank account.
    2. The e-mail has been divided into a spam e-mail, so check the Spam Mail sector to check whether it is there.
    3. If you make sure that everything you set is correct but still fail to receive the license code, please contact support@videohunter.net for help.
  • Q2. Can I use one license code on different computers?

    For users who purchased yearly and single plan, the license code can only be used on one computer. But if you have subscribed a family plan, it can be used on a maximum of 5 computers. So if you want to use VideoHunter on more PCs, we suggest you to get a family license code instead.

  • Q3. How to retrieve my license code if I lose it by accident?

    If you forget your license code or lose it by accident, you can contact support@videohunter.net , describe your problem and our official team will offer you help.
