Login Process on the Software
After signing up, you may log in your account via the e-mail address and the password you have set up on the login page popping up when you run the software.
Log in on Different Devices
The Pro version of VideoHunter YouTube Downloader supports multi-device login. This is especially convenient if you change a new computer and you don’t have to reach out to the customer service team to reset an activation code or a license key.
However, free users can only log in to one device. Therefore, once you’ve logged in to your account on a new computer, your old computer will also be automatically logged out. VideoHunter Pro subscribers can log in to 2 devices at the same time.
Log in on the Web Page of Account Center
You may also log in on VideoHunter Account Center: type in your e-mail address and password, and click “Login” button.
Change or Reset Your Password
If you want to change your password, you may go to the Profil page on Account Center, click “Password”, type in your original and the new password, and click “Save Changes” to finish the process.
If you forget your password, you can click “Forgot Password” button on the Account Center’s login page, enter the email address used for registration, and go to your e-mail box to reset the password in the link included in the password reset email.
